Managed the Sector Advisory & Investor Facilitation teams covering global FDI investors. My mandate was to drive sector-focussed global investor engagement and facilitation & grounding of FDI projects. I was also responsible for sectoral policy formulation inputs for central line ministries, state governments, and DPIIT (Invest India's controlling department).

Managed the International Subsidiary Banking relationship team for North India area comprising 10 RMs responsible for managing individual portfolios of global client subsidiaries. Delivered revenue growth targets each year and built Delhi to be the #1 team nationally for 2 consecutive years in '15 and '16. Led engagement with trade promotion chambers, government agencies, financial/legal intermediaries, and diplomatic missions to build FDI stakeholder relationships. Also responsible for managing key result areas including credit risk quality, return on Equity & RWA, financial crime compliance, client due diligence, and people management. Personally drove a number of key initiatives such as (1) international road shows to meet key client group treasury centers and speak in client events on banking/regulatory environment (2) origination for new funding products in the subsidiary banking space - INR Offshore Bonds & Foreign Portfolio Investment. Originated & executed in 2016 what is widely regarded to be India's first privately placed INR Offshore Bond. Also executed 4 large ticket Foreign Portfolio Investment mandates (3) building individual RM and team motivation and inculcating an aggressive sales culture. Used adventure activities to build a highly motivated, continually improving, and close-knit team in a challenging work environment.
