Owing to demonstrated excellence and success in the role, I was assigned larger responsibility of turning around the entire Western region including Gujarat, Maharashtra & Goa. Here, I was additionally accountable for the combined performance of various teams within this vertical for regional profitability and customer satisfaction. My role also entailed active interaction with the customers and ensured timely & effective resolution of customer complaints.
