As a Counsel, I spearhead the Learning and Development division at Singapore International Mediation Centre, and oversee the facilitation of international mediation across South Asia. In addition to business development and case-management, I am deeply involved in shaping mediation training programs and other development initiatives.Prior to joining SIMC, I worked in the Bombay Chamber of Commerce & Industry with a focus on developing the Chamber’s Mediation Centre, and managed the Legal & IPR committee. I am a trained mediator, legal professional and have served as a Judicial Clerk with the Supreme Court of India.I graduated from Gujarat National Law University and hold an LLM in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law, USA. I am called to the Indian Bar and am proactively involved in promoting mediation as a powerful tool for conflict resolution.
