As an Advance level Service Advisor, my main aim had been to channelize all activities to try and ensure a pleasurable experience to the customers for their visits to the workshop. Be it a routine maintenance or an unplanned breakdown in the vehicle, the aim was to facilitate the customer's needs and requirements to the workshop and revert the technical analysis from the workshop in simple understandable terms to the customer thereby ensuring a transparent, trust-worthy environment for the customer. I had been targetted on achievement of the highest possible Customer Excellence Scores (CEM) for the dealership in the region and also rewarded towards achievements of other business oriented deliverables which .I confidently consider myself to be well-versed with the Audi Service Core Processes, Audi Warranty Procedures and ensuring document quality. I have also guided and assisted my colleagues across the various departments (front office, workshop, parts and warranty) for easing out any difficult situations.

• Promoted to Quality Manager role from January 2015• Conducted Quality Audits for the Repair orders and After Sales Compliance Audits for the dealership. • Analyzed repeat repair cases to improve work quality. • Presented progress reports to the management about Audit Scores. • Achieved improvement in customer retention via achieving customer satisfaction scores, reduction in repeat repairs %, improving documentation and workmanship quality.• Actively promoted sale of Audi CarLife products like Extended Warranty/ Service Plans/ Road Side Assistance program/ Audi Genuine accessories.• Unique area for development of techno-commercials skills.

Quality Management for DV series Engines production facility in the factory. Engines were used for Power Generation Application. Range: 450hp to 750hp in V8, V10, V12 cylinder configurations. I had multiple warranty defect improvement projects completed. Enjoyed the challenges faced to convert an irate to a 'delighted' customer during pan India field visits.
