- Head: Sports contingent of 250+ to National fest like Udghosh-IIT Kanpur and Sangharsh- IIM A, B, C & L- Installation of high mast lights for the cricket ground, significantly extending playing hours and providing a platform for night matches.- Upgrading the futsal ground to a synthetic turf, making it a versatile space for multiple sports activities.- Construction of new kabaddi and badminton courts, contributing to the diversification of sports facilities.- Successfully negotiating with apparel suppliers for tracksuits and jerseys, ensuring quality attire for sports contingents.- Securing partnerships with airline operators (Air India Express, Indigo & Akada) to efficiently manage logistics for sports events and contingents.- Pioneering the onboarding of Puma as the official apparel partner, marking a historic moment for our sports community.- Managed monetary & non-monetary sponsorship deals with Sponsors (SBI, Central bank, Red bull, Lapinoz etc)

▪Conducted primary survey for 1K+students & 20+ teachers to identify 6+ gaps in Indian education systems▪Liaised with an IAS to propose 6 solutions enhancing curriculum of 5 schools.; Conducted FGDs with 800+ students, inspiring them for mgmt. course

Working as Mechanical Commissioning Engineer for L&T MHPS Boilers Pvt Ltd at NTPC 2*660 MW Khargone SuperThermal PowerPlant.

Joined Larsen & Toubro as Graduate Engineer Trainee at L&T facility, Powai, Mumbai.Transferred to L&T Power, Baroda. Two month classroom training provided for "Familiarization with PowerPlant" at L&T PTI. Visited Wanakbori Thermal Powerplant and Dhuvaran Gas based Combined cycle PowerPlant as part of training. Apart from this visited L&T Hazira Manufacturing Complex and Project site at Sant Singaji Thermal Power Plant, Madhya Pradesh.
