Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.Developing database/pipe-lining of potential candidate for future opportunities.Maintain accurate applicant tracking files for all the candidates considered for a specific position.Redeploy the candidates once they done with their projects.
