Business Analyst - Credit Card Operations
Current• Provide updates to stakeholders related to system issues or changes acting as the conduit between IT and contact centers by investigating issues and acting on behalf of marketing operations/customer service with IT and various external vendors.• Provide operational, technical and process improvement support across multiple systems.• Work with Business units to organize and complete work orders and requests for system support.• Provide subject matter expertise and design consultations on call centre technologies.• Participate in requirements gathering and work with business partners to determine prioritization of development, testing and deployment.• Create system process flows, customer experience flows, and communications for various audiences and levels.• Clearly communicate the impacts of all system related changes, additions, issues, conversions to stakeholders.• Support testing efforts, provide test scenarios, and interact with testers and test department to ensure testing is completed successfully pre and postproduction.• Provide Real Time and System launch support and attend required project meetings representing CMBO technology needs.
