Current• Manage and support EMV 3DS (authentication solution for ecommerce transactions) global rollout, act as the product’s technical SME and liaison between the various internal and external stakeholders. • Represent Visa at EMVCo’s (Payments standards organization) 3DS testing groups and PCI 3DS working groups to manage the industry’s testing requirements and implementation requirements for the protocol and to ensure interoperability in the ecosystem.• Represent Visa at FIDO alliance sub-groups to enable seamless payments acceptance using global standards.• Support vendor/client testing activities and implementation activities for Visa’s EMV 3DS rollout.• Product manager for Visa's EMV 3DS test environment and authentication applications, work with development team, external stakeholders to manage and enhance the solution.• Assisted in streamlining U.S. chip terminal testing processes, supported product enhancements for external test tools and managed related testing documents.• Worked on the U.S. EMV migration effort by supporting U.S. acquiring clients with the EMV rollout, assisted in the Chip/Quick Chip implementation and related testing activities.• Supported reporting needs for cross-functional teams tracking data quality issues tied to EMV liability, performed complex data analysis and developed reports (utilizing Hadoop/Hive) to monitor interoperability and non-compliance issues.
