Zonal Manager - Audiology Training And Product Marketing
Current*Responsible to conduct PAN India trainings for the Best Sound Center network, conduct product trainings and audiology trainings for Hearing Care professionals. *Planning and conducting national product launches.*Training on selection and designing of hearing aids.*Training on consumer journey and counselling techniques at large retail chains. *Organising unique audiology program for audiologists- Bharatiya Academy of Audiology- Designing unique coursework on hearing healthcare management*Conducting periodic seminars and webinars for Key accounts of East and South Region*Designing training material for enhancing ASP*Training audiologists on basic audiology skill-sets and inculcate the practice of verifying results based on inter-test reliability and use of evidence based approach.* Train audiologists on practising objective and subjective verification of hearing aid fitting.*Work in coordination with sales team to ensure organisation objectives are met.*Lead a team of audiologists, regularly monitoring their performances and providing quarterly feedback to ensure they reach the defined KPIs. Also, it is monitored that every customer (BtB & BtC) have a satisfactory experience.
