Leading the Aladdin Product Services team across Gurgaon and Mumbai.1. Responsible for servicing global Aladdin clients, looking after their static data requests, system health checks, market data maintenance and day-to-day troubleshooting. 2. Providing end user trainings on Aladdin to new and existing clients enabling them to use the full capabilities of the tool.3. Quality control of processes and constantly looking for efficient ways of scaling improving the current processes.4. Gathering periodical statistics on servicing data and finding opportunities for improvement.5. Devising headcount strategy, hiring the right talent and coaching and mentoring them for successful careers.6. Team of project managers and developers responsible for improving processes by building self servicing tools and automate repetitive tasks.7. Regularly visiting clients to understand service and knowledge gaps and coming up with strategies for better interaction.

1. Moved to Singapore in 2010 to help strengthen the Aladdin Client Services team to provide better services to our APAC clients.2. Started career in the Aladdin Client Services team in Edinburgh as a graduate analyst. Supported European clients on the full spectrum of end-to-end asset management lifecycle from Portfolio Management, Trading to Operations and Reconciliations.
