He has worked across industries and geographies; with reputed companies like GE, Aon Hewitt, Hay Group, Towers Watson, Zomato and Times Internet. In his recent roles, he has managed Performance, Rewards, HR Analytics and HR Tech for Times Internet’s 40+ digital products and headed the People function for Unilodgers (one of the world's largest student housing marketplace)Siddharth is also an acclaimed author.
