Characterization and analysis of next-generation memory devices (STT-MRAM). The STT-MRAM technology is projected to improve current areal memory densities by ten-fold, and revolutionize the memory industry, especially in low power applications. My remit is to characterize device behaviour by exhaustive electrical testing, and support device understanding by scientific analysis. Device improvements suggested in this process play a critical part in reducing fabrication turnaround times and improve overall device quality, bringing it one step closer to full commercial realization.

• Designed and developed demodulator modules for Software-defined radios (SDRs) - FPGA-based demodulator cards (Xilinx Spartan-3 FPGA). - Sound knowledge and implementation of DSP techniques (undersampling, non-coherent demodulation, carrier and timing recovery). - Working experience of schematics-based circuit design (Agilent ADS).
