Characterization and analysis of next-generation memory devices (STT-MRAM). The STT-MRAM technology is projected to improve current areal memory densities by ten-fold, and revolutionize the memory industry, especially in low power applications. My remit is to characterize device behaviour by exhaustive electrical testing, and support device understanding.
