Veego is a Mumbai-based analytical instrument designing and manufacturing company.Design instruments and systems by collaborating with the service team and the electronics team and create prototypes for testing. I also develop standard operating producers for the manufacturing of these systems to improve the efficiency of production. Major Projects - 1. Syringe Pump and Fraction Collector - -Designed this two-instrument automated system as per the parameters and requirements given by the core team. -Developed a prototype by collaborating with the production team to test the reliability of the mechanical and electronic systems. -Currently, the system is under testing. I am making the necessary changes in the design as per the results and setting up the production line to streamline the manufacturing of this.2. Digital Vernier - -Working with the electronics RnD team to develop a device for the precision measurement of the tablet.-The designed mechanical system is in the prototyping phase where we are using the 3D printed parts to test the electronics and overall functionality of the device. 3. Dissolution Apparatus - -Developed a new lead screw mechanism using polymer technology to reduce the production time and cost. 4. Modernization of sheet metal fabrication - -Re-designing the sheet metal covers of some instruments to give them a modern look and simplify the fabrication work.-Establishing a workflow where the CAD files can be directly sent to the fabricator for laser cutting and bending. This will reduce the errors in the sheet metal work and improve the overall efficiency of the process.
