At 13, I dreamed of being a professional football player and dedicated myself to playing school, collegiate, and international football. My hard work took me to the Netherlands, where I experienced a high-performance football environment while pursuing higher education. Despite the challenges, training and playing in such a demanding setting was always my dream.I played at the Hoofdklasse level, participated in International Tournaments & played against youth of professional clubs. This journey consisted of 4:30 am or 11pm individual training sessions, studying for my business major & also working side by side. This instilled in me discipline, resilience & confidence like none other.I worked alongside a Title Winning Coach, FIFA Expert, UEFA PRO, KNVB, DFB coaches in various roles—strategist, marketer, business associate, and video analyst. I learnt various strategies that impact an academy's business, coaches & players at the grassroots level. My graduation thesis, "International Expansion for Football Academy" gave me with crucial insights. I completed my BBA in International Business.I returned to India to play professionally. After playing for a couple of years with multiple injuries, it was impossible to compete & I decided to stop. Soon after, my work as a business strategist with two start-ups, helped them grow exponentially. I wanted to give back to football, it gave me everything so as an international football strategist, I craft strategies to help grassroots football academies to grow their business, players & coaches. I work with limited academies, the goal is to work with international academies all over the globe and elevate the beautiful game.
