* Part of Service Operations Team with the responsibility of Troubleshooting and Configuring MPLS, ILL, P2P links of Managed and Unmanaged customers with a wide range of Network devices till customer satisfaction.* PAN India Fault Management for WAN & LAN connectivity including the troubleshooting of Routing Protocols like OSPF, BGP, MPLS, HSRP, VRRP.* Providing technical support for multi-vendor wireless & wired technologies, including root cause analysis and permanent resolution.

* Being the Team Lead of the wireless operations team, my responsibilities included the configuration of Wireless RF & planning, E1 provisioning, Mux Port testing, Huawei Switch configuration, End to End link delivery to corporate customer.* Managing the Field Support and ensuring that the issue is resolved within 4 Hrs TAT time.

* Being part of the wireless support group, I've handled end to end activities related to POP, BSTN, AP & SU. This includes troubleshooting of wireless devices like Proxim, Canbium, Radwin from scratch.* Monitoring of BSTN and ensuring proper uptime to reduce impact of customer links.
