• Conducting on-line checks in the process area to ensure that all standards of quality are followed during the production process.
• Issue recipes for sauces and jam (Mixed fruit, Mango, Pineapple, Apple, Strawberry) to the concerned staff.
• Rationalizing manpower to effectively utilize excess capacity in process and reduce overtime.
