I have a diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from Centennial College School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts, where I learned the fundamentals of hospitality operations, customer service, and business management. I am currently a Universal Banker at CIBC, where I provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions to clients across various segments and channels. I have also obtained the Investment Advisor certification from IFSE Institute, which demonstrates my knowledge and competency in investment products and services.In my previous role as a Financial Services Representative at CIBC, I interviewed clients to determine their income, expenses, financial objectives, and risk tolerance, and developed successful financial plans for them. I also provided guidance on investment and lending products, and assisted clients to build their financial profiles. I was able to leverage my communication, problem solving, and presentation skills, as well as my empathy and relationship-building abilities, to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
