-Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of SOC tools and technologies.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SOC systems with existing infrastructure.-Ensure seamless implementation of security solutions and protocols.-Continuously monitor security alerts, logs, and data to detect and respond to potential threats.-Analyze security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate responses.-Maintain and improve SOC processes and workflows to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.-Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding SOC services and security concerns.-Facilitate regular discussions with clients to address their needs and provide updates on security posture.-Prepare and present reports to clients on security incidents, trends, and system performance.-Excellent communication skills, with experience in client interaction and report preparation.-Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation and process improvement.

-Creating Client Software packages for new Applications and update existing applications (example: Autocad,….etc)-Test and maintain software packages for distribution to user desktops, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.-Review and validate software request tickets.-Creation of installation guide in collaboration with software key user.-Scripting of Packages for software distribution -Documentation of any technical parts in the development process.-Assisting 2nd/3rd level support in finding the root cause for Package-related problems and a possible solution.
