Data collection for CML locations and filling the same into the CML Template- Creation of the corrosion loops & markup of the same on PFD/P&IDs drawings & migration of the same into the RBI assessment tool.- Define corrosion circuits, prepare Master Line List / equipment list, assign components in RBI and corrosion circuit mark-up in P&ID as per Corrosion Loop.- Data collection for the units/areas under the scope for further RBI assessment by using RBI tool.- Line list comparison, missing document comparison.- Population of the template.- Creating an inspection schedule as an outcome of the updated RBI.- Assigning & planning the daily job to the draftsman for on-site piping isometric verification & maintaining the Daily Progress Report (DPR)- Reading Equipment drawings, Mechanical Data Sheet, Process Data Sheet, Piping isometric drawings & understanding process PFD's & P&ID's.
