Karmyo Foundation is a registered section 8 company working towards developing an Entrepreneurial mindset among secondary school students. Being involved in the organization from the beginning, I got to work in diverse areas. With the Startup environment I am wearing multiple hats and contribute in different areas at the best of my abilities. Working in Karmyo Foundation has strengthened my skills in multitasking and inculcate a problem-solving approach in every area of the organization. Here’s a glimpse of my work area • Understanding and articulation of different Govt. policies (Startup India, Different state Startup schemes)• Creating application for state govt. projects in education space • Preparation and submission of different grant applications under various incubation organization• Support in program pedagogy and design• Program facilitation for more than 300 students • Budget preparation and support in fundraising • Creation of stakeholder engagement programs (training fellows, volunteer engagement, partnership collaboration with private and govt. organization) • Startup mentoring for student led startups• Support in communication & social media content creation
