I started working with MSSRF as a consultant in Bio Industrial watershed project (pudukottai) and later appointed as a Co-Principal investigator in IDRC-CIDA funded project "Alleviation of poverty and malnutrition in Agro- biodiversity hotspots" - kolli hills region from july 2011. working experience in crop production, Farm management, business development, research and development specialized in Post harvest processing of major horticulture crops.

I worked with Gandhigram Trust, dindigul under DST funded project. As a sr. project officer/ food technologist, wish to do some innovative research on post harvest management and processsing of minor fruit crops, which could help the small farmers of Dindigul district.

As a care - manager of elders village I love working with this organisation for the welfare of orphan and destitute elders affected by Tsunami. Came up with standard operating procedures for running a care home, shelters with open spacing, beautiful lawns, separate spaces for socialization and privacy of elders etc., I learned a lot about Geriatric care and Palliative care of the elderly people.

I wished to work for PURA project of Dr.Abdul Kalam. when I first returned from UK I got inspiration with "Chirrag" model of rural INTERNET kiosks developed by IIT-Madras under the leadership of Professor Ashok Junjunwala. I was appointed as the BDM for Tamil Nadu state and with my team formed more than 200 kiosks in 8 districts. The programme and services provided are good. services like Online TT, e-learning courses in Agri and Job oriented courses, visa checking, mobile recharge etc is much appreciated by the rural mass.The technical drawback of Cordect- WiLL technology made things worsen and I quit the job after 2.5 years.
