* Supervised of 2000KVA Substation with 800KVA Generator (3 Nos.) & 532.8 CFM Air Compressor (2 Nos.) for ensuring uninterrupted electricity & air in factory.* Continuous improvement by performing Break done Maintenance & Schedule Maintenance of Electrical Instrumentation, Control Panel & Machinery.* Regular Checking & Replacement of Protective Device in substation such as HT Side & LT Panel & DG.* Schedule Maintenance & Monthly Check Report of Generator, Compressor, DM Plant, Hot Water Generator, Oven, Transporter, Conveyor & Chiller Unit.* Supervised of Preventive Maintenance (PM) & collect weekly & monthly PM report.* Two-wheeler assembly line with conveyor system (PLC base).* Make plan for Utility work and trouble shoots and solve problem.* 350 & 800 KVA Generator & 532.8CFM Air Compressor operation as well and maintenance.* Flow the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Rules.* Prepared daily stock report for Carbon Dioxides (Co2) & Oxygen (O2).* Ensure proper stock of spare parts, coordinating with store & updating daily break down data.

* Designing Substation and Generator Room Layout Plan & Single line diagram (SLD) for 315KVA Substation.* Responsible for installation and commissioning of HT-LT switchgears, Power transformers, and Earthing drawing, Lightning arrestors, Load Calculation & distribute CB & Cable selection.* Design & Install Earth Inspection Pit, Earth Test Point Box, 2 SWG coper Roof/ Down Conductor & Air Terminal for Lightning protection system (LPS).* Responsible for electrical cable wiring, Conduit layout plan, fitting & fixtures, for light, fan, socket etc.* To be prepared and maintain all documentation work (Estimate & Budget-BOQ, Measurement Book, Logbook, Register, Note sheet, Work order, Bill, Adjustment etc. as per requirement).* Ensure proper stock of spare parts, coordinating with store & updating daily break down data’s.* Ensure the electrical work has complied with the specifications, codes, and standards and according to the shop drawings.
