* Coordination within the entire related department to ensure the required services of all the national & Multi-National guests. * Checking todays & tomorrows Check- in, check-Out, VIP guest list, Time of arrival and departure, transport arrangements, billing instruction, Etc.* Maintaining an effective reservation system to maximize the potential number of covers and to meet customers required needs. * Insure the confidentiality of personnel information as per company rule

* Responding quickly to multiple situations and interacting with all levels of individuals within the restaurant* Coordination within the entire related department to ensure the required services of all the national & Multi-National guests.*Updating daily and previous Check- in, check-Out, VIP guest list, Time of arrival and departure, Etc.* Ensures ultimate customer satisfaction and seating capacity is achieved especially during busy hours. * Making arrangements for special amenities when requested by guests for special occasions.* Maintaining an effective reservation system to maximize the potential number of covers and to meetcustomers required needs. * Insure the confidentiality of personnel information as per company rules.

*Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant*Communicating wait times to guests and managing the seating chart.*Seating guests and distributing menus and cleaning and to-go orders.*Responding quickly to multiple situations and interacting with all levels of individuals within the restaurant. * Coordination within the entire related department to ensure the required services of all the national & Multi-National guests.*Maintaining an effective reservation system to maximize the potential number of covers and to meetcustomers required needs.*Ensures ultimate customer satisfaction and seating capacity is achieved especially during busy hours.
