• Responsible to manage cash & food security program for vulnerable communities and food insecure households under different donor driven grants. These activities include conditional cash transfers (CCT), Unconditional cash (UCT), and cash for work (CFW), cash for protection (CFP), and cash for nutrition (CFN), Flood/Earthquake/Disaster emergency response, General Food Distribution (GFD), NFI.• To lead on youth initiatives programs with focus on vocational training programming linked with apprenticeship and job placement opportunities for graduated youth both male & female in the rural and urban areas of Punjab, KPK and Sindh province.• Leading value chain projects with focus on agriculture focused intervention with close coordination of ministry of agriculture and livestock. These activities include, farmer field schools, kitchen gardening, cooking demonstration, demo plots and training on advance agriculture techniques.• Being in-charge of food security sector ensured that the food security projects are delivered according to the donor contractual requirements and all the activities and deliverables are completed within the agreed timelines and budget spending accordingly. • Providing the technical supervision and support of the food security activities and responsible for developing Standard operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and essential documents for program implementation.• As a budget holder responsible for reparation and revision of a realistic budget, authorizing and monitoring expenditure in line with the budget, donor guidelines, financial regulations, and mapping for program lines. • Participation in national cluster meeting and other FSL forums to present the work of organization and mapping activities to avoid duplication and to ensure harmonization in program delivery.

• Overall management of project cycle to ensure timely implementation of project activities; developed and review annual work plans; develop/monitor budgeting and fiscal accountability; monitor technical assistance; prepare analyses and documentation required to obligate funds and initiate and/or make any necessary amendments required for activity implementation.• Supervised and ensure the implementation of all women’s economic and social activities in the field, ensuring quality and timeliness.• Ensure timely progress towards planned outputs and results; keep project staff apprised of progress and issues; make recommendations to solve problems and take the lead in implementing agreed upon actions.• Monitor all technical and operational aspects of implementation including holding regular meetings with staff, stakeholders, reviewing, and providing comments on work plans and periodic reports, and undertaking regular site visits to ensure quality and performance.• Lead in preparing written analyses, trip reports, briefing materials, activity descriptions, press releases, speeches, success stories, and other documents as required.• Effectively involved in situation monitoring and update project management on changing scenarios for immediate adaptation and changes in program approach/design.• Actively engage in budget management that includes tracking monthly budget vs actual, procurement plan, spending plans development for CSP and representation in Monthly/Quarterly Project Cycle meetings.• Proactively build strong working alliances with other I/NGO and actors working on livelihoods (business development)/GBV related advocacy.• Proactively develop and maintain effective working relationships with other key stakeholders, including donors, government actors, UN agencies and I/NGOs

• Implementation of Livelihood activities in field which will include Cash Vouchers, Cash grant, General food distribution, Cash for Work, Income Generating Activities, Backyard poultry farming, Kitchen Gardening, Livestock inputs distribution & Vaccination, Capacity building trainings for selected beneficiaries. • Responsible to ensure program integration with Nutrition, Education and Child protection departments.• Preparing project related narrative reports like weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for management as well as for donor agencies. • Conduct community mobilization activities of the Project under close supervision of the Project Manager. • Facilitate Community Resource Persons in triggering CLTS/PATS, developing community action plan, with particular focus on school and community activities with earthquake 2005 affected women, men and children.• Identify and engage men, women and children in the community to educate and mobilize to achieve the project deliverables at the community level.• Establish contacts with community stakeholders to strengthen capacity of community groups including village organization/community organization, women groups, and children WASH clubs in schools and in communities; and support CRPs and LHWs.• Effectively engage UC secretaries during implementation of project activities as well as for monitoring and ensuring sustainability.• Provide training assistance to and advise community groups including children WASH clubs, women group, VO/CO and CRPs on project activities; Ensure maximum participation of children, men and women in sub-committees of different thematic programs.• Comply with the requirements of Soch Development Foundation Child Protection Policy to ensure maximum protection for children.• Ensure project targets in terms of ODF in his/her targeted area are achieved and sustained.
