➢ Audited several Listed and Non-Listed clients and evaluated the effectiveness of control measures in the processes of procurement(P2P), inventory management, order to cash (O2C), and other areas. ➢ Drafted and Tested numerous Risk Control Matrix (RCM) for listed organizations from various sectors consisting including Iron& steel, Construction, Logistics, CFS (Custom freight stations), Power transmission, and Textile. ➢ Discovered potential frauds in two major assignments worth 1.2 crore rupees in the purchase and Inventory Area and assisted in Implementing SAP modification to mitigate the same risk. ➢ Analyzed the reasons for blocked funds by visiting more than 18 locations over Pan India of a Railway Infrastructure Company and further assisted in designing and implementing the fund's liquidation plan which aided in liquidating blocked funds in working capital of worth 700 crore rupees within 9 Months. ➢ Streamlined the process of cost tracking in the battery manufacturing company which led to more accurate cost accounting on an item-by-item basis. ➢ Evaluated the system of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in the shipping service business and supported with implementation of Maintenance Management and Optimum Utilization of vehicles which led to ultimate saving of 60 lakh rupees per annum.
