CurrentDirects team to ensure price change execution and store price integrityTrains and ensure team utilize mobile work station to print labels accurately and efficientlyDirects and validates bay sequencing is completed every six service cycleDirects and validates team conducts centrally generated PID’sCommunicates to store leadership and partners with store BIA to ensure completion of daily tasks.Must fulfill minimum time-in-position and performance management codes of V2.Engages in coaching and developing of MEA team members. Full store responsibility for these activities.Partners with store leaders to execute merchandising strategies. Directs the activities of the MEA team in his/her area to ensure execution of MET standards. Monitors set compliance with planograms, ensures merchandise is displayed in a net and appealing manner. Directs the team during packdown activities, display builds and merchandising activities. Ensures that POP and signage is ordered and properly set according to planogram. Partners with store leadership to markdown all damaged or unsellable merchandise. Provides direction on cross-merchandising activities in accordance with merchandising off shelf program tore responsibility.Partners with third Party to ensure that all CR and CI initiatives are executed to Home Depot merchandising standards. Minimizing deficiency and quality resolution for the stores, decreasing completion time of major resets and improving customer service experience. Full store responsibility.Directs the MEA team in the execution of seasonal resets.Drives execution of one-off projects as require by store, district and regional leadershipUtilizes store systems to access key merchandising reports. Reads, interprets and executes action based on findings. Partners with store.
