- Designing and developing a highly scalable, coherent and responsive system aimed towards the Profile Management for HSBC's clients and determining the profitability of prospect deals to be done with them.- Leading the team towards Continuous Delivery and Cloud Native deployment with DevOps methodology.- This is part of a strategic initiative aimed to replace a multi-million dollar risk calculation tool which drives deals that HSBC does across 60+ countries- The tool is aimed to serve all the banking verticals (global, business and commercial), talk to numerous systems (SOAP services, Hadoop Big Data Lake, Queue Systems to name a few) for real-time data, perform several concurrent calculations accurately in split seconds and stay available and highly performant throughout to serve clients globally.

- Working closely with Informa’s Agribusiness Intelligence team, we helped to organise thousands of disparate data items into a new digital platform, accessed via a new customer portal (named IEG Vantage). This solution has unlocked the full potential of Agribusiness Intelligence’s insight for its IEG Vantage customers, for the first time.- We restructured the source data (spread across thousands of spreadsheets) in a consistent manner and posted it on our new platform in an incremental and highly available fashion- We also automated the entire delivery, going the full Continuous Deployment way. Worked at evangelizing Microsoft technologies to academic community across Pune Universities. As part of the partner program, I worked and spoke about C# and Asp.Net, conducted workshops for students and gave talks at various colleges and developer communities about design principles and competitive algorithm solving.
