Sr. Principal Agile Coach
Current• Lead Agile transformation initiatives, coaching multiple cross-functional teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.• Collaborate with senior leadership to define Agile strategy, roadmap, and goals aligned with organizational objectives.• Conduct Agile maturity assessments and provide tailored coaching to improve team performance, productivity, and collaboration.• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure alignment and transparency.• Champion continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, implementing process enhancements, and fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.• Establish Agile metrics and dashboards to track team progress, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.• Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile best practices, servant leadership, and effective collaboration techniques.• Resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and uninterrupted delivery of value.• Conduct Agile training sessions, workshops, and brown bags to increase Agile awareness and promote a shared understanding of Agile principles and values.
