Creating, updating and managing BOM lists in co-operation with design engineers Analyzing the 3D model (UG-NX) for the fitment & assembly, if any flaws will be there highlighting and interacting with responsible Designers. All documents will be discussed with CFT core team to ensure all outcomes. To cover all Risk management, better outcomes, Quality assurance etc. of the NPD projects. Involving with Project managers for the DFM & DFA release activities after the designer releasing the drawing for manufacturing. Involving in Proto development activities once proto samples received, if any problems faced to build, need to discuss with the designers & Project managers. Dynamically involving the line trial activities if any issued for line trail will be sorted with project managers & Designers. Involving in preparation of Project Budget, APQP, Timelines for Project. Customer document co-ordination. Development of document together with designers and subcontractors Actively involved in any tool trail activities for any parts involved in battery pack Developing parts like Injection molding Plastic parts, Sheet metal parts, Wiring Harness, Electronics devices, fuses, switches, Sensors, BMS, Fasteners etc. for Battery Pack Involved in Engineering Change Management with maintaining the ECR, ECN & ECO.Before joining to this organization, I have been working in Suprajit Engineering Limited an automotive company & I worked here for 4 years & 1 month. My job role was NPD or R&D Engineer Coordination & review with all cross functional teams (Customer, vendor, Plant) for fool proof development. Preparation of Project Budget, Project Target, APQP, Timelines for Project & actively involved in Costing of Project, child parts & Finished products. Coordinating and review with cross functional team (CFT), actively involved from RFQ to PSW (PPAP documentation) approval. Proficient in detailed design work includes 3D Modeling, New proposal, requirements & evaluation of new product & Spec. meeting with customer for any specific requirement.
