Job responsibility in Greenko Group:- Working as a Team Leader in this organization and taking care of 200 MW plant 220/33kv substation. ●Daily visual inspection 04 number 100MVA transformer, then 33 kV side visual inspection CT,PT,VCB,LA,SF6 breaker.●PSS maintenance 220kv/33kv testings tandelta,DGA,IR values,oil leakage inspection.●Material management WTG and BOP then follow then maintaing SAP entry material consumption daily wise.WTG experience:-• Working as a site leads to 200 MW wind plants.Operation and maintenance, Siemens Gamesa( G114,G97) Suzlon energy limited(S9x) Wind turbine YPM& HYPM, Maintenance.24*7 monitoring WTG attending repeated errors and warning breakdowns.*Generator replacement activity*Powe curve analysis and laser kit.*220/33kv O&M*2.3MVA transformer &CT,PT Maintenance activity faults, inspection daily 100/110MVA Transformer.●Working on HOTO activities WTG and Sagar Asia,AVANTI,3S Lift maintenance activities. ●Daily POD planning DGR verification and Power curve analysis, Temperature analysis Generator & Gearbox DE&NDE involves winsome activities, material management. ●Worked Isolation while transformer inspection time take care five golden rules with PPE’s 2.35 MVA dry transformer inspection G114,G97 ●SF6- breaker gas level inspection and T connector inspection both side.●Daily check material stock WTG and BOP side. ●Attending Breakdown of Wind Turbine Motors, DFIG Generators, IGBT, Generators, Sensors, Converters & Inverters, as well as Mechanical Components, Hydraulic components, Gear box, Motor replacements etc related Failure and reparation. ●Substation maintenance 220/33kv line & 2.3MVA HT yard maintenance and troubleshooting. ● Daily basis explained about TBT and JSA, HIRA points with employees Weekly once take responsibility of Technical and safety awareness training WTG and PPE’S.
