Recruitment and selection:Performance Appraisal:Talent Retention:• Employee relation activities in terms their queries, grievances, take care of their personal problems, observation, etc. • Successfully implemented various employee retention schemes.• Employee Grievance• Employee counseling.Joining and Exit formalities:• Handling joining formalities of the employees • Conducting Exit interview for the Employees Policy Formulation and Implementation Pay roll and Statutory:• Payroll processing• New registrations and License Renewal under Karnataka shops and commercial establishment act• Attending all statutory related notices received from Govt. departments and ensuring timely resolution of the same• Responsible for all statutory Compliance like ESI, PF, PT, GRATUITY and Bonus (Monthly, half yearly and Annual returns) • Ensuring with Contractors (Like security) for their compliance submittable under contract labour actTraining and development:• Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions and analysis of existing level of competencies of individual vis -a- vis the gaps.• Coordinating with the dept heads for training need and identification (Technical and Non technical and Personality development).• Preparation of internal training schedules.• Identification of resource for training i.e. External consultants / Vendors. • Preparation of effectiveness of training programme.• Preparation of structured Induction Program for the entire new incumbent.MIS:• Preparation of MIS reports on salary, statutory payments, recruitment and training requirement etc.,
