Cresido Knowledge Services is a consulting company specializing in inventory optimization, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and sales promotion planning.Siddu's primary role was to design and develop system optimization, however, as he became more involved in all processes, his role took on a business strategy aspect in addition to the highly-technical aspect. As a software consultant at the Army and Airforce Exchange, Siddu played a very critical role in designing and developing a demand forecasting tool for a six billion dollar retail company. This tool saved the company millions of dollars in inventory costs over a period of 10 years. SIddu got his first taste at Startup culture at Vistyx as a team lead for an application called ChainLynx ™, Vistyx’s web-based business solution. He managed the analysis and design for ChainLynx, developed the technical standards and store procedures. With a background in revolutionary technology tools that provide analysis and strategy from a working capital perspective, resulting simultaneously in both sales and service level increases, he has been at the forefront of transformation enabling the enterprises to use the latest technology to their competitive advantage.The significant business impact of such tools is what inspired him to start his MBA at University of Texas, Dallas, in 2003.★ Key member of the team in analysis, design, development and implementation of sales demand forecasting tool
