In my previous chapter, our team at Equitable Life of Canada led profitability analyses on large case projects, valuing between CAD $20 and $100 million, with my role as a Senior Production Actuarial Analyst central to modelling and helping the senior management in their decision-making. With a strong foundation in mathematics from Dyal Singh College and a postgraduate degree in International Business from Lambton College, I applied my expertise in data analysis to support senior management and collaborate with external teams. Communication and team leadership were pivotal as we simplified complex policy requests, enabling a clearer understanding of critical financial variables for stakeholders.My commitment to integrating business acumen with analytical proficiency ensured that every project I touched was approached with a strategic mindset, aiming to drive tangible results and facilitate informed business decisions.
