I am an ACA-registered mental health counselor based in Melbourne, with a strong focus in Grief Therapy, Trauma-informed therapy and, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adolescents and young adults in high-schools and telehealth settings.I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Christ University Bangalore (2017-2020). Following my studies, I had the privilege of serving as a Teach For India fellow from 2020 to 2022. During this time, I taught science to students in grades 8 through 10 at a government school in North Delhi, an experience that enriched my understanding of adolescent development and educational and socioeconomic challenges.I am excited to bring my diverse background and dedication to fostering mental well-being to new opportunities in the field of counseling.
