Responsibilities:*Monitoring welding parameters during WPQT and WQT, Maintaining the Quality of Production Welding by continuous monitoring on Performance of Welders, welding Parameters as per WPS & PQR*Reviewing of Test Certificates for welding Consumables & Calibration Certificates of Instruments.Involve in Incoming Material Inspection, along with supporting documents like Material Test Certificates, PO and Delivery Note, based on the material certification.*Preparing visual reports for piping as well as Pipeline, Reviewing the inspection and testing methods and procedures for Radiographic, Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle inspections.Preparing Hydro Test Packages, MCC, RFC dossier• Preparing Final Dossier and Submit to Client.*Monitoring af welder performance, welding repair rates and advice corrective actions as required.Updae Daily Welding Histry Sheet, Daily Welding Deliver report, Radiography report etc. related to Quality Control Documantation, Maintain all relative Site Inspection(s) records, for handing over to Client upon attaining completion,Familiar with international codes and standards like API, AWS, NDE inspection carried out as per Standards and Test plan, Coordinating with relevant site supervisors and QC inspectors for performing radiography test, Preparation of Welding Procedure Specification, Procedure Qualification Records, ITP's and Method,Staternents for various piping/pipeline projects.*Control of Quality records, compilation of test packs and submission of final data dossiersPrepare Hydrotesting Package, Mechanical Complition Dossier, Ready For Commissioning, Documets, Valve, flanges, fitting Perform site visits it is required with ADNOC representatives and field verification on existing operating facilities for systems tie-in, inter discipline design coordination to ensure correct interfacing, Ensure the activity carried out are as per requirement of HSE an QA/QC procedure.
