CurrentMy longest(till now) experience is with CVS Pharmacy. -> I worked as a Manual tester where :- I went through the requirements and understood it thoroughly from business perspective :- Logged many queries on the Business Document which led to change of requirements. :- Provided LOE (Level of Effort) for each requirement documents :- Created Test Cases in QC to test the whole business judiciously and Executed & logged code Defects(it improved the code quality) -> I worked as a Test Analyst where :- I provided BUG (). Here requirements come very immature (a paragraph only), and based on the Business understanding, provided i have provided efforts :- I provided BEG (), Here requirements come in detail and we need to revise the efforts based on this :- Handled a small team :- Did adhoc testing and logged many defects -> I worked as Team Lead where :- I have managed a big team of size 15-20 :- Handled multi projects and their query clarification, execution status, challenges, resolution etc -> With a experience of all this different phases, learnt so many things which improved my Negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, analytical ability alot. -> Timely action, appropriate escalation, justified appreciation is among few things which i have imbibed from my experience. -> Worked on many modules of CVS pharmacy which includes : :- DUR,Prescriber, Third Party :- Enterprise (worked with ESL to cater specialty prescriptions) :- BedSide delivery Program :- Worked End to End with 'WEST' (RTOR Program) , SureScripts, RxDW, Vertical,Open Text :- Batches via ControlM :- Active Active Project where i worked on Golden Gate Replication(oracle product), Integration Gateway, GTM(global traffic manager), Gemfire,Qsynch(IBM product), Veridata(Oracle product) -> technical Testing Strategy. :- Basic automation to create script & executing the same.
