During my traineeship, I assisted on various employment and arbitration matters before the SIAC and Singapore Courts. For instance, I assisted in the representation of an appellant before the Singapore Court of Appeal which involved the unique and novel question of the law governing the arbitrability of a dispute at the pre-award stage of arbitral.
