Production Supervisor
Current● Shift Management & controlling the manpower and operations as per the planning.● To reduce the material loss in the shop floor.● Preparation of daily, monthly & long term production plans.● Receiving work orders from estimation department.● Day to Day co-ordination with plant w.r.t raw material availability, vendor development &dispatches● Preparation of process chart. ● To issue proper instruction & schedule to shop floor and to take proper steps, so that the job is executed in scheduled time.● Well versed in manpower controlling.● To guide the shift Incharge to perform the operations uniformly in getting consistent output.● Shift management & supervising plant operations.● Quick in decision making.● Monitor production plan, optimize use of manpower, material and machinery● Monitoring the quality & quantity upto the finished product stage.● Responsible for in production plans. Material planning.● Well versed in manpower controlling.● Production Order release in SAP.● Production punching in SAP.● To plan & organize production activities in line with PPC plan.● To improve and sustain efficiency & productivity of employees.● To ensure reduction in rework and rejection.● To analyzer and implement corrective actions for customer claims, internal and external defect.● To ensure safety and discipline in the section.● To identify and monitor implementation of new system and technologies foe continual improvement.● To ensure continual improvement in shop floor and 5s & Kaizan implementation.● Process improvements, POKA YOKE setups.● Team building and employee motivation.
