I faced the challenge to launch a new sports management company in the highly competitive sports events market in India. In order to do so, I conducted an intensive market research and came up with the go-to-market strategy that we then successfully deployed and succeeded through. Apart from launching the firm, the following are our key achievements in the first year of operations.Key Achievements •Successfully launched and managed the Club Badminton Championship- a unique badminton championship inspired by the European club badminton culture (www.cbcmumbai.com) with participation from 16 top clubs in Mumbai.•Organized the Maharashtra Senior Inter-District and State Badminton Championship 2015 with a record 750 entries.•Organized the Inter- State West Zone Badminton Championship 2015 at D.
