Human Resources Executive has many responsibilities, but the most important of all is ensuring that all the employees in the company are happy and at their productive best. An HR executives job is extremely important to the functioning and growth of an organisation. They are the most important people in middle management and are a channel of communication between senior management and employees.Other tasks include:Creating an environment of open communication,Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Hiring the right employees for the right job,Processing company payroll,Arranging training and development of new employees,Conduct disciplinary actions,Designing and updating existing company policies,Maintaining employee records,supervise other staff members,Data Management,Document Approvals,Office coordination,Inventory Management,HRMS Updation,Conduct Analysis of Employee Benefits,Resolving internal conflicts among employees and Administrational Reviewing of data for deficiencies or errors,correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.As a side note, I’m also personally very interested about HR Process as I have a good interpersonal skills and I'm fluent in HINDI, English & Tamil.So If given a chance I would be more than happy to prove my expertise and am confident that I would make a perfect bet for the said position.
