Hi, I’m Sidharth Pansari! A multi-faceted entrepreneur and director of Primarc - a diverse group with interests spanning across realty, retail & distribution, lifestyle destinations, angel investing, and e-retailing. From being a leader to a recruiter and change maker - I have successfully led Primarc to become a prominent player in various industries for the past 20 years. Our vision in real estate is to build communities that play, live, and celebrate together and not just construct buildings. STORY, our bookstore has been one of my most passionate and loved ventures. Our retail division oversees the operations of 40+ retail outlets representing brands such as Raymond, Color Plus, Essence, Manyawar, and Tanishq. Our e-retailing division Primarc Pecan helps brands achieve their true online business potential by partnering with them. Furthermore, my entrepreneurial spirit has led me to engage in Angel Investments, where I support and nurture startups with disruptive potential or those who can create tremendous positive impact. In 2016, to further my leadership capabilities, I completed the Senior Executive Leadership Program at Harvard. It was a transformative experience that helped me drive meaningful changes at Primarc and meet like-minded people from across the world. Additionally, I am honored to serve as the President of CREDAI Bengal, where I collaborate with industry peers and Government Departments to drive initiatives that promote the growth and development of our sector. I’m driven by the belief that ‘together is progress’, real transformation happens when everyone wins and is united for a higher goal. When I’m not working, which according to my daughter is a rarity, you'll find me enjoying a book, traveling, and spending time with my family. As I continue to lead Primarc and engage in various ventures, I remain committed to driving positive change for everyone and making a lasting impact on the industries I touch.
