Overall Responsibilities:• To coordinate the Service team in providing the best Services and satisfaction to the Customers • To perform continuous assessment and training of Service Engineers.• To coordinate with Third Party organisations..• Analysis of Tenders, compliances, risk analysis & submission.• Site surveys, Projects monitoring, providing support to the service/implementation team during the project. • Organize & attend meetings with customer, provide progress reports• Coordinate & Supervise Sub-Contractor work • Responding in time to all customer technical queries in consultation with the Key Account Managers. Providing technical consultancy and responding to the changing needs of the customer during all phases of the project.• Monthly performance reports, which includes key performance areas, revenue collection against projected targets on a monthly basis.• Training new members of technical team both in house & on the job• Providing technical support to the marketing team.Specific Responisbilites :• Responsible for providing the technical support and AMC collections from almost all the sites in the state of Orissa like NALCO, EAST COAST RAILWAYS, 120TA Battalion(ARMY), Infosys Technology, Air Defence College (ARMY) .• Handling two Big and prestigious Projects NALCO and East Coast Railway independently.e.g :In East Coast Railway & Indian Army (MB Area, Orissa) ,I am completely responsible to perform Installation test, Partial Acceptance Test (PAT), System Acceptance Test (SAT), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Integrated testing & Commissioning (ITC), Reliability Test.And to provide the support to System Engineering team for designing of Telephone System/Master Clock & CDRS (Centralised Digital Recording System-Voice Logger.).Specialties: Exposure : Signalling & Switching protocols :Decadic/DTMF, R2MFC, E1(CEPT-30), ISDN, T1, E&M and LD ,ATM(PVC,SVC)Transmissons : Multiplexers, RAD, ASCOM Modems, OFC, DLC, ADSL etc.LAN & WAN Connectivity using TCP/IP Protocol.Voice Mail (integrated & 3rd Party): Amadeous, Telebutler.CTI & Call Center : ACD, CCD, TAPI, TSAPI, CSTA & Unified Messaging,VOIP, H.323 Protocol.Concepts : CCS7,X.25, LAN,VLAN& WAN configurations,DECT technology,GSM,TDMA,CDMA.
