Project 1- Increase warranty cost recovery for legacy programs (Build Phase)• Identify the critical parts for analysis having opportunity of cost recovery (MUV carline) • Data consolidation and analysis report preparation working along with Supplier/SQ/Sales & Quality. • Finalisation of technical factor by participating with discussions along with supplier. Project 2- Tolerance Stack up Analysis (Design Phase)• Carry out quality check by audit through stack check sheet. • Interact with stack leads and know the various parameters to be considered while carrying out tolerance analysis. Project 3- Enhance customer experience through SOP Implementation (Sell Phase)• Identify gaps and get SOP implemented to meet customer satisfaction level. • Carry out market & competitive study. • Carry out regular visits to service dealerships and interact with them to monitor the SOP implementation.

ADBLUE PURGING FROM DOSING MODULE CHAMBER USING PNEUMATIC PUMPThe aim of the project was to find a way to stop the freezing of Adblue solution in the passage lines of SCR system. To achieve this, we devised a concept which uses vacuum pump to create vacuum in a separate chamber when the vehicle is running and the pressure created is used to suck the Adblue solution to the vacuum chamber once the engine is turned off.
