1. Established an OCR flow for capturing PII (name, address, UIDs) and automating name and image match logic, thereby reducing average loan disbursal TAT from 5 days to 2 days.Introduced a new banking lender (IDFC bank) for the company, with full capabilities to support multiple running loans of a single customer2. Built an API lending platform from scratch with a loan disbursal TAT of 1 day and full support of webhook callbacks to achieve eventual consistency3. Integrated with a third party data aggregator to implement a verification flow for customer’s bank statements, which involves extraction and calculation of financial data points like credits, debits, salary history etc4. Integrated an auto-debit (NACH) setup for customer’s bank accounts with a third party provider, eliminating manual payments by customers and increased customer conversion rate by almost 30%.Introduced CKYC as a faster KYC verification mechanism, in coordination with the Indian government, increasing the customer base by around 25%.5. Currently leading a team of 5 to solve 4-years worth of tech debt, which involves DB optimizations, code refactoring and fixing legacy bugs
