I was working on a Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations) project that enhances visibility and scale operations without interruptions for your supply chain.My contribution was primarily focused on the frontend using React and Typescript.

In the thesis, I worked on data structures that have applications in the GPS.• Constructed new vertex-labeled distance oracles for planar, bounded-genus and minor-free graphs. The techniques used to construct them were too complicated to be implemented in the given time frame.• Therefore, an experimental analysis was conducted on existing techniques to solve vertex-labeled distance queries for general graphs in C++. The aim was to validate theoretical bounds on space and time complexities as well as find any outliers. We found that, for the most part, theoretical bounds matched experimental results.

Developed a web-based interface in MVC pattern that permits artists (content providers) to sell their content to media houses, telecom operators and small businesses using PHP, Zend, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

I worked in Customer Service Tech Department, which developed technology that helped customer service agents (CSA) serve customers better and faster.• Wrote APIs to filter and display emails (sent to customer) to customer service agents (CSA) in Perl and Mason.• Developed workflow to display SMS (sent to customer) to CSA for the first time in the history of Amazon using JAVA and Spring. It reduced average handling time (AHT) resulting in an overall saving of 2616 man-hours per year.• Redesigned UX for the above features using HTML, CSS and jQuery.
