As part of Cerrid Solutions, my role was to support a Seattle based solo founder with everything from pre-sales, project management, predictive modelling, reporting, analysis & hiring. This enabled the founder to focus on strategy and sales. The startup I supported grew into a 300+ consultants over the last decade.

- Hired a 7 member reporting and analysis team to rebuild ~120 reports in 4 months for an insurance client and improved the timeliness of 90% of high priority reports from 53% to 92%. - Provided advisory service to other reporting teams on hiring and managing report migration projects.- Mentored team members with 2 of the 7 members getting promoted to advanced analytics analysts in less than 1 year of them getting hired.

Started as an inbound customer service representative and moved into analytics role helping marketing teams to evaluate campaign performance and identify leads for Xsell and Upsell.
