Drawings, P&ID and data sheets.• Rise the Non-Conformity Report or material shortage report, if found vendor material damage of shortage. • Check the equipment lube oil system, seal flushing system, cooling water system and process piping system with vendor G.A drawings, P&IDs. and Data sheets.• Control calibrated and certified measuring equipment’s (Torque wrench, micrometers, dial gauges, engineering levels and other specific equipment) used on the project.• Attend tool box meeting and verify and implement safety procedures, • Review work permit, JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and work method statements.• Making punch list for incomplete work before handover to the commissioning team.• Supervise the Motor / equipment abnormal conditions during the pre-commissioning stage.
