TiE Singapore is a global non- profit fostering entrepreneurship. The mentors mainly include investors, corporate heads, thought leaders and Government bodies. The main focus is to create an ecosystem providing value-add to Startups in terms of access to markets beyond Singapore, Funding, Corporate Innovation and upgrading skills.Key achievements in the past years:• Successful in increasing the turnover of the company by 112% • Created 4 core brands ranging from capital provision to structured mentoring and growing cross border.• Conceptualized and executed the cross border collaboration initiatives with India and Silicon Valley. Enabling Singapore startups to understand and grow in both markets. • Had key MOUs structured and signed by the Singapore government arm Enterprise Singapore for the growth of the Singapore startups to India. • Responsible for showcasing Innovative companies to the government bodies including Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsein Long and India Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during PM Modi's visit to Singapore in 2018.

She is also the Director at her family owned glass container mould manufacturing business . She is responsible for making it disruptive by implementing solutions and enhancing the customer experience in the otherwise traditional business. Rishi Enterprises is a mould manufacturing company for the glass containers.

An Electronic Waste Collection and Management company. It's main goal was to manage electronic waste of corporates by providing a platform wherein collection, tracking and e-auctioning of electronic waste could be done on an online bidding platform.

Worked for a Dutch client in the hospitality vertical for developing an online portal for booking hotels/bungalows across Europe.
Responsibility included : Requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, writing functional requirement specifications & working with the development team for fulfilling the customer requirements.

Worked in Open Sources : LAMP - Linux, Apache, MySql , PHP & Javascript for a hotel/bungalows booking website. Reference project : http://www.bungalows.nl.
