The end-of-study project consists of studying the problems of the wagon rocker 2 in the electrical and electronic part in order to solve it. The first step to know the principle of operation of the machine and to make a global analysis then to evaluate the most critical sub-assemblies and to find the solutions. So we did a statistical treatment of the failure history and allowed us to establish this analysis. The ABC method has been followed for the treatment of this problem. The proposed solutions have been verified theoretically before being verified experimentally.
