I am a self-motivated, valuable team player and an Architectural Designer with strong design abilities in environmentally sustainable design and high performance technology, having more than 6 years' experience in early feasibility studies, tendering, conceptual design, and design development to documentation. Projects I have been involved in vary from medium to large-scale complex mixed-use public building across Great Bay Area, South of China. As the supervisor of the Architectural Assistant, I have developed an ability to collaborate with other professions and disciplines and solid understanding of Chinese policy and regulations, specification, and codes. I have had experience in Bidding Competition, SD, DD, CD and Site inspection for both adaptable retrofit and new buildings in large scale airport terminal, sports center, and high-rise office building with advanced proficiency in both AutoCAD, Sketchup and Rhino. I also have experience as an On-site Architectural Designer, as well as having strong construction knowledge and ability to deal with On-site problems. I am confident in using Adobe Suite, with experience in developing graphics for analysis diagram and rendering.
